- Definition and creation of global frameworks for workplace solutions.
- Definition of the Global strategy, taking into account the different leaders in the market
- Lead projects and design networks at Infrastructure Level
- Research and recommend innovations for Workplace
- Documentation and maintenance of the solutions provided
- Collaboration with cutting edge tech leaders in the definition of new global infrastructure designs that meets BBVA requirements
- Coordination of different teams from different countries to really understand their needs and adapt global connectivity models to their specific conditions.

Successful candidates will be part of the Engineering Talent Discovery Programme and will join the Workplace Architecture Unit, who leads the digital workplace transformation at BBVA, providing a high quality experience for employees across geographies and devices. You will have to opportunity to develop yourself in different specialities such as global connectivity strategies, network infrastructures, unified communications, mobility solutions and new technology capabilities to improve user experience in the workplace. You will receive exceptional training with the objective that, once you successfully complete the Programme, you can join the Bank permanently.
